Plululu Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Plululu mobile application (“App”), provided and controlled by GxLab Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, or “us”). Plululu does not require user account registration and does not store any personally identifiable information on its servers.

This document explains what limited information is collected through the App, how it is used, and your choices regarding this information.

1. Information We Collect

Plululu does not request or store personal data such as names, email addresses, or profile details.

However, the App uses third-party services which may collect limited, non-identifiable information automatically:

Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage statistics to help us understand app performance and improve features. This may include device type, operating system version, app usage events, and general location (city-level).
Google AdMob: Displays banner ads in the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide and improve advertising services.

No personal data is stored by Plululu. Analytics and advertising data are retained by the respective third-party services in accordance with their policies.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (e.g., “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, or “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS).
You can disable analytics data collection in your device settings if provided by the operating system.

As no personal data is collected or stored, there is no risk of data breach involving personal identifiers. Third-party services implement their own security measures to protect the data they collect.

7. GDPR Compliance

Data Protection (EU Users)

We provide our app to users in the European Union. However, we do not collect or process any personal data such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location. We display non-personalized ads and perform limited analytics using device advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID). No profiling or cross-tracking of users takes place.

The data processing is occasional, minimal in scope, and does not include any special categories of personal data or systematic monitoring of users. Therefore, according to Article 27 of the GDPR, we are not required to appoint an EU Representative.

EU users may still exercise their data protection rights under the GDPR by contacting us at the email below. We will respond in accordance with the applicable regulations.

8. Payments and Purchases

All in-app purchases and subscriptions in Glupulse are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Company does not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing details. Any personal or financial information required for purchases is handled directly by the respective store in accordance with its privacy policy.
